Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the vacuum in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all attachments, filters, and manuals are included.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
